Meet the Mind Behind TJInnovive Ltd
When I moved abroad as an international student, life was a blend of curiosity, chaos, and courage. Between deadlines, part-time jobs, and big dreams, I learned that growth isn’t linear — it’s designed, one experiment at a time.
That’s where the seed for TJInnovive was planted — a space built on the belief that innovation only matters if it helps people thrive. (“Innovation” + "Thrive" = Innovive)
What started as late-night sketches and notes in between assignments became a practice grounded in empathy, strategy, and design — helping people and organisations turn complexity into clarity through learning experiences, digital systems, and human-centred solutions.
Today, as an educational technologist, I bring together instructional design, digital learning systems, UX/UI for learning, and personal coaching — supported by certifications in psychometric assessments from Zircon (Decision Styles & Strengths) — allowing me to work with both individuals and organisations through evidence-based, psychologically informed methods.
