Introduction
Welcome to TJInnovive Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any products or services offered through it. By accessing or using our site, or by engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using our services.
Services Provided
TJInnovive Ltd provides professional services across two areas:
Psychology-led coaching and reflective development services for individuals, including one-to-one coaching sessions, coaching journeys, and assessment-informed coaching.
Learning experience design, LMS consulting, and digital learning solutions for organisations.
Full details of each service offering are available on our Service page and may be updated periodically to reflect current capabilities and specialisations.
Use of the Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights or restrict the use of others.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or misuse any form, link, or content on the site.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or remove access to the website at any time for maintenance, security, or business reasons.
Consultations, Coaching & Service Agreements
All coaching, consulting, design and digital learning projects are delivered under mutually agreed proposals, statements of work, or contracts.
A proposal, quotation or service agreement must be accepted in writing (including email) before work commences.
Work commences once both parties confirm acceptance and any agreed deposit (if required) has been paid.
Unless otherwise stated in the contract, services are for the exclusive use of the contracting client and are non-transferable.
For coaching sessions or programmes booked directly through the website, a coaching agreement will be issued by email following booking and must be accepted prior to the first session taking place.
Coaching services are also subject to our Coaching Policies, which outline confidentiality, ethical practice, and session expectations.
Payments & Cancellations
Invoices & Payment Terms: Unless otherwise stated in a contract, invoices issued by TJInnovive Ltd are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. Payment methods will be specified on each invoice.
Coaching sessions and coaching journeys booked through the website are payable at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Deposits: Some projects or coaching programmes may require an upfront deposit. This will be clearly outlined in your proposal or service agreement. Work will not commence until any required deposit is received.
Late Payment: Late payments may incur interest and fixed-sum recovery costs in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 and the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2013. We reserve the right to suspend ongoing work until overdue balances are cleared.
Coaching Session Cancellations: For coaching sessions, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a 25% charge of the session fee, at our discretion, to cover the reserved time and preparation.
Coaching Programmes & Sessions: Coaching journeys and multi-session packages are designed as a continuous process and are purchased as a complete programme rather than individual sessions.
Sessions included within a coaching journey must be used within a reasonable timeframe, typically within six months of the first session, unless otherwise agreed in writing. In exceptional circumstances, rescheduling or extensions may be agreed at our discretion.
Consultancy & Design Project Cancellations: For consultancy or design projects, cancellation terms are defined within each contract, statement of work, or proposal and may include notice periods and partial fees to cover time, resources, and work already undertaken.
Non-Refundable Services: Fees for delivered coaching sessions, completed work, or services already commenced are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by UK consumer law. This includes coaching programmes once the first session has taken place.
Intellectual Property
All materials, designs, reports, graphics and content produced by TJInnovive Ltd remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received.
Upon full payment, clients are typically granted a non-exclusive licence to use deliverables for their intended internal business purpose only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent.
Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential. Information shared during coaching, consulting or design engagements will be treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where agreed otherwise in writing.
Coaching is a reflective and collaborative process and does not constitute therapy, counselling, or medical or mental health treatment.
Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide high-quality services, but TJInnovive Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or website.
Our total liability arising from or in connection with any service shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for that service.
We are not liable for outcomes that depend on the client’s implementation, participation, third-party actions or external factors beyond our control.
Coaching outcomes depend on individual engagement, reflection, and implementation. No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.
Data Protection & Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR. Personal data collected via contact forms, quote requests or other site features will be used only to respond to enquiries, provide services, and manage client relationships. For full details on how we collect and use data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. TJInnovive Ltd is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of such third parties. Use of third-party services is subject to their terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if a client materially breaches these Terms, fails to pay invoices, or otherwise acts in a manner detrimental to the provision of our services. Termination rights and any consequences will be set out in the applicable contract.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will be published on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
