About Coaching
Coaching with TJInnovive is a collaborative and reflective process designed to support growth, insight, and meaningful change across all areas of life. Coaching is distinct from counselling, therapy, mentoring, or consultancy and does not involve guidance, advice-giving, diagnosis, or treatment.
In our sessions, We create a safe, supportive space for exploration. we may use tools such as questions, reflections, visualisations, breathwork, or embodied exercises to help you access insight and clarity. Your role is to engage with the process, explore what emerges, and take your learning forward between sessions. Allowing time before and after sessions to reflect helps insights and ideas integrate.
Payments & Invoices
Most coaching sessions and programmes are paid directly via the website at the time of booking.
In certain cases, part-payment arrangements may be offered — please contact us directly if this is required.
All invoices are payable within 30 days if issued separately, unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
Late payments may incur interest and recovery costs in accordance with UK law. TJInnovive Ltd reserves the right to pause services until overdue balances are cleared.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Sessions require at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel without charge.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a 25% fee, at our discretion, to cover reserved time and preparation.
If sessions are part of a coaching journey, links to book remaining sessions will be sent after the first session.
Refunds & Non-Refundable Services
Fees for sessions or programmes that have already been delivered are non-refundable, except where required under UK consumer law.
For services that have not yet been delivered, partial refunds, transfers, or alternative arrangements may be considered — please contact us to discuss your options.
All coaching services are bespoke and professional, designed to support your personal growth and development.
Confidentiality & Ethics
Coaching sessions are confidential; session content will not be shared without your consent.
Exceptions: illegal activity, risk of harm, or legal requirements. You will be informed before any disclosure.
TJInnovive operates under the ICF Code of Ethics.
If you are receiving therapy or mental health care, it’s recommended to inform your provider about our coaching relationship.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is collected solely to deliver coaching services and manage bookings.
This data may include your name, email, appointment details, and any notes shared in the booking form.
Information is stored securely in line with UK GDPR and may be kept for coaching logs or accreditation purposes (with your prior consent).
Data will not be shared with third parties except where required for service delivery (e.g., Google Calendar integration) or where legal obligations apply.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time.
By booking a session, you provide consent for us to manage and store your data in line with these policies.

Agreement
By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you will receive a coaching agreement via email to review, sign, and return before your first session.
