This journey provides steady coaching support over six sessions, helping you explore goals, overcome blocks, and build confidence in a structured, reflective way.

  • 6 × 50-minute 1–1 coaching sessions (booked as 60 minutes in your calendar)

  • Personal goal-setting and accountability support

  • Reflection tools and prompts between sessions

  • Gentle structure to support consistent progress

  • Sessions are held online in a quiet space by default. If you’d like to request an in-person session, please mention this in the booking notes at the time of booking.

  • The first session will focus on clarity and framework, helping set the tone for the journey.

  • Links to book your remaining sessions in the programme will be sent to you after your first session, so you can schedule them at a pace that works for you.

  • Coaching is reflective and collaborative; it is not therapy or mental health treatment.

  • Sessions may draw on a range of reflective tools and techniques, such as structured questioning, visualisation, breathwork, embodied exercises or creative prompts, depending on what’s emerging and what feels most supportive in the moment.

  • After booking, you’ll receive a coaching agreement by email to review, sign, and return before your session.

  • Please allow at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
