This session helps you uncover how you naturally work at your best, make decisions under pressure, and use this insight intentionally. It combines coaching with a research-based psychometric assessment, giving you clarity on patterns, strengths/decision styles.

  • 1 × 50-minute 1–1 coaching sessions (booked as 60 minutes in your calendar)

  • 1 × psychometric assessment (Strengths or Decision Styles)

  • 2 personalised written reports (summary and detailed)

  • 1 × 30-minute feedback session

  • Direction-setting and practical next steps based on your insights

  • Gentle structure to support progress and accountability

  • Sessions are held online in a quiet space by default. If you’d like to request an in-person session, please mention this in the booking notes at the time of booking.

  • The feedback session will be scheduled after completing the assessment; please allow at least 10 days between booking and session to complete the assessment and review reports.

  • Coaching is reflective and collaborative; it is not therapy or mental health treatment.

  • Sessions may draw on a range of reflective tools and techniques, such as structured questioning, visualisation, breathwork, embodied exercises or creative prompts, depending on what’s emerging and what feels most supportive in the moment.

  • After booking, you’ll receive a coaching agreement by email to review, sign, and return before your session.

  • Please allow at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
