This session helps you uncover how you naturally work at your best, make decisions under pressure, and use this insight intentionally. It combines coaching with a research-based psychometric assessment, giving you clarity on patterns, strengths/decision styles.
1 × 50-minute 1–1 coaching sessions (booked as 60 minutes in your calendar)
1 × psychometric assessment (Strengths or Decision Styles)
2 personalised written reports (summary and detailed)
1 × 30-minute feedback session
Direction-setting and practical next steps based on your insights
Gentle structure to support progress and accountability
Sessions are held online in a quiet space by default. If you’d like to request an in-person session, please mention this in the booking notes at the time of booking.
The feedback session will be scheduled after completing the assessment; please allow at least 10 days between booking and session to complete the assessment and review reports.
Coaching is reflective and collaborative; it is not therapy or mental health treatment.
Sessions may draw on a range of reflective tools and techniques, such as structured questioning, visualisation, breathwork, embodied exercises or creative prompts, depending on what’s emerging and what feels most supportive in the moment.
After booking, you’ll receive a coaching agreement by email to review, sign, and return before your session.
