This session is for moments when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, unsure, or at a crossroads. It offers a calm, supportive space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, notice patterns or blocks, and shape practical next steps you can actually use.

  • 1 × 50-minute 1–1 coaching session (booked as 60 minutes in your calendar)

  • Space for reflection and clarity

  • Gentle structure with practical next steps

  • Sessions are held online in a quiet space by default. If you’d like to request an in-person session, please mention this in the booking notes at the time of booking.

  • Coaching sessions are 50 minutes in length and booked within a 60-minute time slot.

  • Coaching is reflective and collaborative; it is not therapy or mental health treatment.

  • Sessions may draw on a range of reflective tools and techniques, such as structured questioning, visualisation, breathwork, embodied exercises, or creative prompts, depending on what’s emerging and what feels most supportive in the moment.

  • After booking, you’ll receive a coaching agreement by email to review, sign, and return before your session.

  • Please allow at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
